compare the rules
Compare plan rules
First compare how data replenishes, then compare the upfront price. A monthly allowance and a one-time total allowance aren’t directly comparable, so don’t choose based on the data figures on the cards alone.
How streaming and AI tools affect your choice
If you stream for long periods, upload files, or sync project materials, pay closer attention to your data allowance. AI tasks also vary: text-based web chat uses a different amount of data from tasks involving images, audio, or files. Check your usage in the dashboard before deciding whether to increase your monthly allowance or choose pay-as-you-go data.
Plans provide network connectivity and don’t include streaming subscriptions, AI tool memberships, or API usage fees. Destination platforms may determine eligibility based on your exit region, account details, and their own rules. A working route doesn’t guarantee access to all content, a specific video quality, response time, or uninterrupted availability. For route selection and configuration checks, read the AI access guide.
What to check before upgrading
If you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Check your current plan, the proposed change, and the prorated amount in the dashboard before reviewing the new order. Don’t assume the final payment is simply the difference between the old and new listed prices. Check the dashboard for data package changes and combination rules; this page makes no additional promises about automatic conversion.
